Typeform Trigger Node: When a user submits feedback via Typeform, the Typeform Trigger node activates the workflow and retrieves the submitted response.
Google Cloud Natural Language Node: This node analyzes the sentiment of the user's feedback and provides a sentiment score.
IF Node: This node evaluates the score provided by Google Cloud Natural Language, checking if it is negative (less than 0). If the score is negative, it returns "True"; otherwise, it returns "False."
Mattermost Node: If the IF node returns "True" (indicating negative sentiment), the Mattermost node posts a message to a specified Mattermost channel.
NoOp Node: This optional node has no impact on workflow functionality but can be included as needed.
This workflow is ideal for Product Managers analyzing product feedback, HR teams reviewing employee feedback, or for performing sentiment analysis on Tweets.
To analyze Tweets instead, replace the Typeform Trigger node with a Twitter node.
Note: A Trigger or Start node is required to initiate the workflow.
Alternatively, instead of posting to Mattermost, you can save results in a database, Google Sheet, or Airtable. Replace the Mattermost node (or add a node after it) to store results in your preferred database.
