Licensing

We support companies to use Rantir for personal uses and promote their own personal or educational brands and products, however you don't own the software used to make these products or these websites or the AI that powers these products. You can use Rantir suite of products or services and fork these within our Github for personal uses only.

For Commercial utility or self-hosting our products you can purchase a monthly subscription. By signing up with monthly subscription you agree to signing up as a paying customer or business, using the suite of products for commercial use, business use and can resell it under our brand, however you cannot offer a multitenant license or reseller license or embed license without a different Rantir Embed license by speaking to hello@rantir.com for more information.

• MIT License Folders: By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services. Please see the MIT-based license below.
• Enterprise License Folders: By using our repository or the cloud subscription, you adhere to an additional license terms in which the free personal license structure adheres to MPL licensing and everything under the /application folders or /ee/ folders or /enterprise folders contains an enterprise license from either third-parties or Rantir Enteprises licensing which administers this exclusive, non-commercial, non-resell license (without exceptions). In addition all enterprise folders, including application by either Rantir, inc. or thrid-parties can only be used with a Rantir Cloud license and a paying subscription.

We offer alternative solutions to engage one to the original authors, in which can help navigate embeddable or reseller licensing questions for the multi-tenant, saas or sub-licensing use-case. You will need a license key from the original source code authors for each application, including /ee/ licensing or installed applications to license those applications uniquely. Otherwise, the MIT-based license with included applications and /ee/ packages as described above are for testing purposes or personal (non-commercial) uses only.

3. Branding and Attribution

• Users may not obscure or alter the original attribution to Rantir within the software.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Rantir shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
