How It Works:
The workflow utilizes large language models from Perplexity (perplexity.ai), accessible via Open Router (openrouter.ai), to process and summarize current news. Scheduled to run at set intervals, such as daily at 7 AM, the workflow scans for news on the specified topic, generates a summary, and emails it to the user.
Setup:
- Sign up and generate an API key from Openrouter.ai to access Perplexity's online language models.
- Add the API key from Openrouter.ai to the Perplexity node.
- Specify the event or topic to monitor in the News Reporter node.
- Activate the workflow to enable the scheduled updates feature.
