How it works
- The workflow connects to a designated Slack channel where customer support issues are logged.
- Only messages tagged with a "✔" reaction by the support team are captured by the workflow.
- Each captured issue is sent to an AI model for classification, prioritization, and rewritten as a support ticket.
- The generated support ticket is then uploaded to Linear for tracking and investigation by the support team.
- The support team can update the customer directly in the Slack channel once the issue is resolved.

- A Linear account and project for ticket tracking
