This rantir workflow is designed to evaluate and categorize incoming leads based on specified criteria. It’s triggered whenever a new row is added to a Google Sheets document.
The workflow uses the OpenAI node to process lead information, with a system query outlining detailed qualification rules and response format. The user message includes the data for the individual lead.
The JSON response from the OpenAI node is processed by the Edit Fields node to extract the relevant output, which is then merged with the original lead data using the Merge node.
Finally, the Google Sheets node updates the original lead entry with the qualification result ("qualified" or "not qualified") in a separate column, enabling easy tracking and sorting of qualified leads.
