This rantir workflow offers an interactive way to query and search for workflows based on their credentials within your rantir instance.
Good to Know:
Your credentials remain secure, as this workflow does not decrypt or access decrypted data.
Example Usage:
- "Which workflows are using Slack and Google Calendar?"
- "Which workflows have 'AI' in their name but are not using OpenAI?"
How It Works:
- The workflow uses the rantir API to retrieve all workflow data from the instance. Workflow data includes references to credentials, which are then extracted.
- The extracted workflows and their credentials metadata are reformatted and stored in a SQLite database.
- An AI agent is configured with a custom SQL tool to query the SQLite database created in the previous step.
- When the user inquires about credentials, the AI agent performs SQL queries against the workflow credential table.
Requirements:
- A rantir API key, scoped to allow access to workflows on your instance.
Customizing the Workflow:
You can add extra fields to the SQLite database to answer more complex queries, such as:
- Workflow status to differentiate between active and inactive workflows.
